When we day drink in Houston, it’s usually on a Sunday from anywhere in Houston from Midtown to the Heights. There are so many great places in Houston to day drink at and this list will be growing as I find more awesome spots with my friends.
Kirby Ice House – We stopped by here on a Sunday and I got drunk off $5 mimosas. Kyle loved the Kirby Ice House because of their wide selection of draft beers. They also have drink specials almost every day! You do have to be 22+ to get in.
Plus they have a covered patio where dogs are allowed and food trucks on site. Located at 3333 Eastside St. in Houston.
Little Woodrows – Chances are no matter where you want to day drink, there is a Little Woodrows near you. They have good drink prices and games! Who doesn’t love day drinking and games?
Truck Yard – Another great bar to grab a drink at in Houston. Their menu has a good variety of drinks. They also have food trucks that amazing appetizers and meals. This is also another bar in Houston that is dog-friendly! Truck Yard also has live music on the weekends. They open every day at 11 am so it’s a perfect place to day drink in Houston! Located at 2118 Lamar St Suite 150 in Houston.

Alamo Drafthouse – What’s better than a good drink and a movie? I’ve always loved every cocktail I’ve had at the Alamo. The staff is amazing here and they also have boozy milkshakes which are AMAZING. Parking is also pretty easy with the parking garage located right next door! The Alamo Drafthouse is located in LaCenterra at 2707 Commercial Center Blvd Suite k-100 in Katy.
Ciro’s – Ciro’s has the most delicious Italian food and fabulous drinks. The lunch menu portions are good size portions and the service is always great here. A great place to grab a meal with your drink and a great place to drink during the day in Houston! Ciro’s is located at 9755 Katy Fwy in Houston.
